Delivery

Please note we send small items by royal mail postal services.  Larger items are sent out by carrier;(either Fastways or Interlink) for insurance purposes a signature will be required on delivery,however you can e-mail giving authority for the item to be left at your risk to info@thefiresideshop.co.uk .

  The carriage cost shown is for delivery in the UK mainland area only.  If you require delivery outside of this area please contact us before ordering. 

We try to send orders out as quickly as we can if for any reason we have any problem with your order we will contact you via e-mail.If you need to enquire about any aspect of your order please either e-mail info@thefiresideshop.co.uk or ring the shop on 0191 2858036 asking for Peter (we are open Mon -Sat 7.30-5.45)

We can deliver to any address (eg work etc). It is possible to specify the day you require delivery if necessary; simply contact us if you wish to arrange this.

 

In the interest of the environment we aim to use re-cycled packaging whenever possible, so please excuse us if sometimes the description on the box / wrapper looks strange or the inner packing is old newspaper! Rest assured it will always be packed with extreme care.
