To fit a 16 inch (405mm) fire opening
The Dalmally is a grand, traditional-looking fret. It comes in a black finish and features an ornate band of patterning around the base.
This fret is in 2 parts. The top section is designed to hang onto the front of the fireplace. the hooks are at 390mm centres and 180mm from floor level. The overall width of the top section is approx 420mm and its height is 195mm
The bottom section spreads out to a maximum width of 510mm and is 65mm high
Some of our customers have removed the hooks from the back of the fret and stood the top section on top of the bottom, although this is not a 100% stable way of doing things it does create an impressive appearance for the fireplace
Fire frets such as this can be coupled with a fire grate and an ash pan to create a complete real fire. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you seek assistance in selecting the right grate or ashpan to go with this product.
