This is the easy way to light your solid fuel fire using an electric fire blower.The blower uses hot air created by passing the air through an electric heating element.The lighting time varies depending on fuel types from around 2 mins for coal to 10 mins for hard coke.Obviously as the blower creates temperatures of up to 1500 oc care must be taken , also the tube will discolour with use.

The Warmington blower can be adjusted in angle to allow it to slot easily into the fire.
