The Oxenhope is a sturdy steel safety guard, which comes in a pewter powder coated finish. It is designed to fit around the fireplace in order to maintain a safe distance between the fire and any person or animal in the surrounding area. It has a hinged top opening so the fire is still easily accessible.
Note: This is NOT for use as a spark guard, since the mesh is not fine enough to prevent ash or other sparks passing through it.
